Annalisa and Mark Burgin fell into their love for old and vintage furniture in 2019 when we stumbled into an opportunity to pick up six different buffet tables and hutches that had been sitting in an old storage unit. 

Not willing to let our townhome and its limited space make the rules for us, we converted our dining room and half of our kitchen into furniture storage. In other words, we ate in/on/around all of our stuff and just made the rest of our life work. 

Since then, we've continued to collect all types of vintage or old furniture and decor. We have a soft spot for large, old wooden pieces of furniture. You know, the ones that weigh too much to ever move them? Yeah, we love those. 

Annalisa has a sixth sense for finding the overlooked treasures in antique stores, secondhand shops, and old family belongings. We never know what we're going to sell or just keep for ourselves and kick something else out of its place. 

We have four kids who love to pipe in when they see us eyeing something in our house: "Please don't sell this. I like this!"
